As your visit with us approaches, we’ll send you a courtesy reminder by automated phone message the evening prior to your appointment. If you are not home, a message will be left on your answering machine reminding you of your appointment.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please be considerate of others and notify us. Many times, an opening in the doctor’s schedule may allow someone with difficulties to be seen sooner.

To advise us of an appointment cancellation, please follow the prompts on the message or otherwise notify our office. If after hours, you can leave a message on our answering machine or you can email us.
