Smoking, drugs, and alcohol are poison to a developing baby. The adverse effects of these substances are astronomically greater to your baby than they are to you. If you love your baby, you will avoid these substances at all costs. If you have a cat, especially an outdoor cat, do not change the litter box.  Avoid any toxic fumes and chemicals at work.

Before doing anything during your pregnancy always remember that your developing baby will be doing right along with you.  There are no second chances when it comes to your pregnancy; please do not do anything that jeopardizes your bay’s health and well-being.
